Their practices are aligned to the pillars of sustainable viticulture, committing to the conservation of biodiversity and producing natural, organic and sulphite-free wines.
Jean Claude Mas, owner and winemaker, was born into a winemaking family in Pezenas, Languedoc. At just 3 years old, during the harvest, he escaped his mother and ran 2.5 km to the cellar to join his grandfather, an experience that sparked his lifelong passion for wine. Often hailed as a pioneer of the New Languedoc, he is part of a movement dedicated to restoring the region's former gloryan area with over 2,000 years of winemaking history.
